A native of Toledo, Nathan graduated from St. John’s Jesuit High School and went to play football at Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and in Business Finance. In high school, Nathan was a three year varsity letter winner in football and was a member of the National Honors Society. While at Wittenberg, Nathan was a Resident Advisor for two years, and served a role as a Tour Guide. He also coached a Nationals Qualifying AAU girls basketball team for two years, all while earning four varsity letters for football and becoming First Team All Conference his senior year.

While studying at Wittenberg, Nathan knew he would enter the Financial Services field. After graduating in May of 2006, Nathan quickly found his first job at Hylant Financial Services. There he obtained his series 7 and 65 securities licenses as well as his Life and Health Insurance Licenses. Nathan is continuing his education in the Financial Services field by working to receive the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation and plans to begin the long study process in 2009 to become a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®).

After managing the 401(k) book and working with individuals at Hylant Financial Services for two and a half years, Nathan decided to leave and join Creative Financial Partners. He has become a retirement professional, that focuses on making sure Plan Sponsors are providing a successful Qualified Plan for their employees. He then works with the individual Participants of the Plan to ensure they are meeting their individual retirement goals.

Nathan lives in Toledo with his wife, Shannon, and their rambunctious dog, Ezra. They plan on growing their family in a couple of years and raising their children in Toledo. Nathan enjoys playing golf, traveling, and officiating high school football and basketball in his spare time.
