Bill grew up in Swanton, Ohio. After graduating from Swanton High School, he earned degrees in nursing from Owens Technical College, a bachelor of science degree in Administrative Services and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from The University of Toledo. Bill started his career in the financial services industry in 1998, joining the staff of Creative Financial Partners in 2005.

Bill has been active in his community for many years. He has served as:
•Member of the Springfield Township Planning Commission
•Volunteer Sports Coach
•Member of the Strawberry Festival Committee
•Co-Chair of Strawberry Festival Baseball Tournament (since its founding)
•Member of St. Joan of Arc Parish

He has been married to Penny since 1987 and they have two children, Ashley and Bill, Jr.

Bill enjoys working with families at all stages of their "milestones." He understands the importance of staying within the budget while planning for the future, and takes great pride and personal satisfaction in helping people achieve their goals.
